| I'm in my late twenties & live in Australia, I'm a Graphic Design student studying " Certificate IV in Interactive Media Design " & which is my second year of study. In 2008 I decided on learning about Graphic Design and hopefully make it my career in the near future by doing " Cert. III in Multimedia " which by the end of the year, I had achieved very positive comments by teachers regarding my Design Portfolio and most importantly, I was given a " Type A Letter " with a " First Round Place Offer " for 2009. Both courses studied at " Box Hill Institute of TAFE " in Victoria. With my registration to Deviant Art, I am hoping to start promoting myself through some of my design works and to hopefully find work with a design company or any work experience, freelance opportunity's & support & information from others like myself. I'm working on a proper " Portfolio Blog WebPage " that will be up soon! for anyone looking to contact me for employment or work related or just love to see more of my design work (Vector Graphics, Photoshop projects & Flash Animations). Sometimes I hear my voice and its been here... Silent all these years
I haven't been on here for a while, i finished of my studies for the year!!!!!
YAY!.
I see you been busy as well...... honestly nice web layouts you created.
Have you thought of making a business out of it? i'm sure a lot of people would be looking for web site designers.
And yeah I "freelance" sometimes, would love to make it my main career, but I am so busy w/ my two year old I hardly have enough time to make stuff for myself on the computer!
Consequently I don't take on that much design work so as not to let people down.
But I am stoked to know that you think I could possibly be successful in doing so, thanks so much for the vote of confidence. I appreciate it
